MEET
THE BAND
|
Kevin
Naquin and the Ossun Playboys is one of the hottest, Cajun bands
ever to come out of the swamps. The band consists of some of the
youngest, most talented musicians from South Louisiana and whose
fire and drive keep the dance floor packed and the band popular.
Occasionally, they are joined by Veteran Cajun musicians eager
to play with such a young band whose talent and sound defy their
years. Currently, Kevin Naquin along with his Ossun Playboys are
on a mission to bring their blend of Cajun, dance-hall groove
to the world.

Kevin Naquin is South Louisiana's newest son, whose musical role
continues a renown legacy of great accordionists and band leaders.
He is from Acadiana, a region in Southwest Louisiana where Cajun
music and culture thrive. Throughout Louisiana history this area
is fertile, giving birth to hundreds of Cajun musicians who live
and work in it's cultural tradition. Few bear the gift of greatness
enabling them to be musical ambassadors carrying their unique
heritage to the world. Kevin Naquin is one of those few. MY
